CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of the reserved service cost. Late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. This policy helps protect the time that is reserved specifically for you and allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting. I completely understand that life happens! If an emergency or unexpected situation comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out and I will always do my best to work with you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. Thank you all so much for your continued support.
