CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A valid card is required on file to book. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the card on file to be charged any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. If you are feeling sick or unwell, please do not come to your appointment. I completely understand that illness can come up unexpectedly, however illness does not automatically waive the cancellation policy. Your appointment time has still been reserved specifically for you, and last-minute openings are often unable to be filled. Any exceptions are made at my discretion. Repeated late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or declined cancellation charges may result in future appointments requiring a deposit or full prepayment before booking. This policy is in place to protect the time reserved specifically for each client and to allow me to maintain a consistent schedule for everyone.
